Music in the Key of Life
Robert Armand, born in Erie, Pennsylvania as Robert Armand Tirak. Robert grew up in the Mojave Desert in Southern California listening to acoustic music. His Freestyle Americana acoustic and electric style encompasses folk, rock, country, and blues.
In Robert's earlier years he tended to be a bit of a loner and looked up to his grandfather, who was a musical actor. It’s in him Robert found his love in acting and music. Robert has been in a few TV commercials and as an extra in a few movies. Robert grew up playing music in lounges and special events. Special events included the Jerry Lewis Telethon and Stuntman's Hall of Fame events. He has also fronted for 60's groups like Steppenwolf, Iron Butterfly, Roy Rogers, Jr.
Now Robert returns to his love of music from the heart, writing and recording his own songs... and creating his own take of cover songs. It's about all the kind friendly folks you meet over the years.
