I’ve been sitting here and listening to all the problems of the world
And I can’t help but wonder how we got into this mess.
We haven’t solved the hunger but we all participate
In a world of war and blunders that decides our every fate.
How did this world get so crazy?
When did what’s right become wrong?
Why are so many people so lazy?
We just let someone we don’t know get it all wrong.
When I listen to the news they pour out all their gossip.
Where they push their own agenda as if it were the truth.
Where reporters all embellish their memories as newsworthy.
Well I just can’t understand the looseness of the youth.
I think it’s all just ridicules I think the world is about to fall.
Just like it says in the Bible that reports the fate of us all.
Is evil is taking over while no one’s really listening?
You can’t overcome the evil if no one really cares.
We put people in high places to execute our wishes
But it’s all just monkey business ‘cause they think there are no rules.
